Great for seniors. Wonderful story line, easy read yet engaging.
This book had me up late finishing it. I think it's good to read the first books in the series to understand the story. But they are so totally worth it!
I've enjoyed this series. However Book 5 is more like slapstick comedy. It was so silly as to be unbelievable.
The Granny series is one of the best series I've read in years! Everything from hysterical laughter to tears and back again! Please tell me the author is busy writing the next installment!

This is the fifth of the Granny Series. Someone is stealing valuables from wedding guests and the G-team decide to investigate. Abby Ruth and her daughter Jenny, are not speaking just nine days before Jenny's wedding. The girls are torn do they plan the wedding or do they find the thieves? Usual high jinx. Funny, goofy situations. Not as enjoyable as most of the others because of Jenny acting like a 30 year old brat.
Kelsey and Nancy have done it again! The G Team has taken on another mystery and it's personal this time! Someone has stolen the very beloved wedding rings of one of the team! With Jenny and Teague about to get married, their wedding will be the perfect venue to capture a thief who is praying on senior ladies, and it seems it's happening only at weddings! As always, our girls find new and fun ways to track down the culprit, even as they try to cope with some heartbreaking family issues. Will they figure out who the thief is? Will Jenny forgive her mother and her husband to be? Will Abby Ruth relax her frozen heart and give Red a chance? It's a rollicking good time at Summer Haven as the G Team prove that age is just a number and life can be rewarding no matter what that number is!
Nancy and Kelsey have a wonderful knack of making even the most painful moments funny. The girls on the G Team are all strong seniors, each with their own eventful past that the authors blend in with a town full of people of all ages. Their wisdom and zest for life are shining examples to their families and friends, as well as the reader! A fun read!
